  • Student Grades Online

This summer we needed to upgrade our student information system. Teachers, secretaries, and administrators are still becoming familiar with the new program. As soon as we have worked out the kinks and are comfortable that the information that is posted is accurate, we will send home directions on how to access grades online. Communication is very important to us so if at any time you are concerned with your child’s grades, please contact their teacher(s).

  • Email Faculty

In an effort to reduce spam to our email server, we do not have one location with everyone’s email address on it. Email addresses of our staff members are as follows: first letter of first name, last name@whsd1.org. For example John Smith’s email address would be jsmith@whsd1.org. To locate a teacher’s name and or their position, select the school from the top menu, click on staff for the respective school. Within the listing of staff members you will see Westfield or NP Staff Listing By Position.

  • Pick up and Drop off

Thank you for being patient as we continue to get better and more efficient at pick up and drop off times. Yesterday was certainly better than the first day as there was less wait time and no cars waiting on 9th street to pull in. Safety continues to be number one on our minds. Just a couple of reminders: Please try to limit the use of 6th street. This is the road that we are encouraging our walkers and bikers to take. Also, please encourage your children to wait in areas that are designated and follow directions in order to get to your car safely. We do not want them wandering through the cars where motorist may not see them. Again, we appreciate all of your help in making our parking lot and roadways safe for kids.
